I'm a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher with a Hatha Yoga background. I provide high quaility classes to inspire people of all ages. I focus on Yoga postures (asanas), breath awareness (Pranayama) and relaxation. 

The practice of yoga can help to bring about a balance of body and mind so that we can maintain an optimum state of health.
